The fully 18K yellow gold case of this Cartier Tank Solo Large 2742 is in excellent condition! The dimensions of the case are 27 mm x 35 mm. The watch features the distinctive silver dial, equipped with Roman numerals and dark blue, sword-shaped hands. And of course, the characteristic blue cabochon on the crown is a must. A beautiful piece that embodies all the qualities of a Cartier Tank!

Additionally, this Cartier Tank Solo Large 2742 comes on a black leather strap, featuring an 18K yellow gold Cartier buckle. This makes the watch a stunning piece of jewelry as well.
