Return Policy & Refund

- Returns are only accepted for online watch purchases made via www.10-over-10.com.

- We allow customers to return their online purchases within a period of 7 days after receipt without giving any reason.

- The costs for returning are the buyer's own responsibility.

- Returning the package remains the responsibility of the buyer until it is received by 10 over 10. We are not liable for lost packages: we recommend sending returns insured and with track & trace.

- Physical purchases made at our office cannot be returned.

- Watches purchased via trade-in or sourcing request cannot be returned.

- Watches ordered from countries outside the EU cannot be returned.

Return conditions:

- Watches with a leather strap can only be returned if the strap is unused and undamaged.

- Watches with a steel, steel-gold, or gold bracelet can only be returned if the bracelet is unused, undamaged, and complete (i.e., without missing links).

- Watches that have been modified, either by the customer themselves or by 10 over 10 at the customer’s request, cannot be returned. Modifications may include polishing, or replacing parts such as the hands, dial, bezel, crown, or bracelet/strap.

- Watches must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were sold.

- Watches that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.

- All original documentation, boxes, booklets, hangtags, and accessories must be included.

- Incomplete or damaged returns may result in a reduction or refusal of the refund.

Watches that have been repaired or modified by third parties, without prior discussion with 10 over 10 or carried out by us, will not be accepted for return.

Refund:

- Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note: refunds are made by bank transfer only. No cash refunds.

- Refunds will be made within 14 days after the returned watch has been received and checked.

- Additional postage or shipping costs that we have to pay may be deducted from the refund.

Deposit:

- If a deposit has been made and the buyer decides to cancel the order, 10 over 10 reserves the right to refuse the return of the watch entirely and/or to retain the deposit, either in full or in part, as compensation for any costs already incurred.

Once we have received your request, we will contact you and provide the return instructions. We will contact you within 24 hours.

- Name
- Order number
- Watch + reference
- Order date and date of receipt
- Any comments / reason for return (optional)
