Returns & Withdrawal

• Returns are only accepted for online watch purchases made through 10-over-10.com.

• We allow customers to return their online purchases without providing any reason within a period of 14 days after receipt.

• The costs for returning an item are fully at the buyer's own expense.

• Returning the package remains the responsibility of the buyer until it has been received by 10 over 10.

• 10 over 10 is not liable for lost packages: we require buyers to send return shipments fully insured and with track & trace.

• Physical purchases and appointments made at our office are final and cannot be returned.

• Watches purchased online through a specific, personalised search request (outside our regular stock) cannot be returned.

• Watches ordered from countries outside the EU cannot be returned.

Conditions for returns:

• Watches with a leather strap are only eligible for a full refund if the strap is unused and undamaged.

• Watches with a steel, steel-gold or gold bracelet are only eligible for a full refund if the bracelet is unused, undamaged and complete (meaning no missing links).

• Case, bezel, crystal and movement: Must be in the exact same, undamaged and working condition as at the time of sale. Scratches, dents, signs of opening, or internal damage to the movement may result in a full refund being excluded.

• Watches that have been modified, whether by the customer or by 10 over 10 at the specific request of the customer, are excluded from return. Modifications may include polishing, or replacing parts, hands, dial, bezel, crown or strap.

• Watches must be returned in the exact same condition as they were sold.

• Watches that have been worn, show signs of use or are damaged are not eligible for a full refund.

• All original documentation, boxes, booklets, hangtags and accessories must be included in the package.

• Incomplete or damaged return shipments are not eligible for a full refund.

• Watches that have been repaired or modified by third parties, without prior discussion with or execution by 10 over 10, are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund:

• Refunds will always be issued via the same payment method as the original purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned watch has been received by us and inspected by a professional watchmaker.

• Any extra postal, shipping or high-value transport costs we have to incur will be deducted from the refund.

• When a deposit has been paid for an office viewing or office purchase, and the buyer decides to cancel the reservation, 10 over 10 retains the right to withhold the deposit in full or in part to cover the reserved time and costs incurred.

You can revoke your online purchase directly via the withdrawal button / form on our website, or by sending an email to info@10-over-10.com. Upon receipt of your notification, we will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with the specific return instructions.
