Warranty & Service

Warranty

10 over 10 offers a standard warranty of 12 months on the movement, calculated from the date you received your watch. This warranty on the movement relates to functional defects, such as stopping, significant deviations in time display, or other mechanical defects that are not the result of improper use. The warranty expires when damage occurs due to incorrect or careless use, either by the owner or by third parties.

Exclusions from the warranty

Theft and loss are not covered under the 10 over 10 warranty.

10 over 10 does not provide a warranty for damage, defects, or breakage to the dial, hands, bracelet (including clasp), glass, or case (including crown, pushers, and bezel).

10 over 10 cannot guarantee 100% waterproofness of a vintage watch. Therefore, damage to the case, crown, glass, movement, hands, bracelet, and dial due to the ingress of water/moisture is not covered by the warranty.

All modifications to the watch, such as opening the watch, replacing or adding parts, performing maintenance or polishing, that are not carried out by 10 over 10 or pre-arranged with 10 over 10, are not covered by the warranty. The warranty immediately expires when these activities are performed without consultation with 10 over 10.

The warranty immediately expires once the watch is resold to a third party or another consumer. We are in no way liable for actions of third parties or later owners.
