Warranty & Service

Warranty on the Movement

10 over 10 offers a standard 24-month warranty on the mechanical movement of your watch, starting from the date of receipt. This warranty covers only functional issues with the movement, such as stopping or timekeeping problems, provided they are not caused by improper use.

The warranty ends immediately if damage occurs due to careless or improper use, by the purchaser or any third party, or through normal wear and tear of the parts.

What is not covered by the warranty

The following are not included in the warranty:

  • Theft or loss of the watch
  • Damage, breakage, or loss of the case, crown, bezel, pushers, winding stem, spring, glass, hands, dial, strap, or clasp. This also includes steel, gold, or two-tone (steel/gold) bracelets that may break or become damaged.
  • Damage caused by water, moisture, or dirt (10 over 10 cannot guarantee 100% water resistance of a (vintage) watch)
  • Damage caused by dropping or impact
  • Battery running out or battery replacement
  • Damage caused by opening, servicing, polishing, or replacing parts by anyone other than 10 over 10 without our prior approval

The warranty is only valid for the first purchaser and ends if the watch is resold or if any work is carried out by third parties without 10 over 10’s approval.

Service and Purchase Policy

To protect our buyers and ensure quality and originality, 10 over 10 exclusively purchases from trusted sellers and relations. All our watches are individually and carefully selected, and only purchased when they meet our quality requirements.

Every watch is checked by a professional watchmaker to make sure the movement works properly. If necessary, the watch will undergo a full service while preserving its originality and ensuring it lasts a long time.

Important

The warranty only covers the mechanical movement. The watch will not be replaced, and no refund will be offered. We cannot cover any other damage.
