Warranty & Service

10 over 10 offers a standard 12 month mechanical warranty from the date of purchase (please note that a different warranty period may apply if indicated in the description or agreed with the customer). If damage is caused by incorrect or careless use by the owner or by third parties, the warranty does not apply. This damage includes: the dial, hands, strap (incl. clasp), glass and the case (crown, pushers and bezel).

Our watches are tested for water resistance, but we cannot guarantee 100% water resistance of a vintage watch. Therefore, damage to the case, movement and dial due to ingress of water/moisture is not covered by the warranty.

Any changes to the watch, for example: adding or replacing parts not supplied by the manufacturer or 10 over 10, are excluded from the warranty. We are not liable for the actions of third parties or consumers. The warranty contract expires immediately when the buyer decides to sell a watch to a third party.


To protect the buyer and to protect the quality and origin, 10 over 10 only purchases products from reliable buyers and relations. All our watches are individually selected and only purchased when they meet our quality requirements.

As soon as a watch enters our collection, it is throroughly tested by a specialist watchmaker to ensure it meets our highest quality standards. If required, the watch is completely serviced. Originality and longevity are our top priorities during this process.
