Returns are only accepted for watch purchases made at The cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Returning the package is the responsibility of the buyer until the package has reached us.

10 over 10 offers a 7-day return policy for all 'online' watch purchases, as well as purchases made in person via a physical appointment. We allow customers to return their purchases within 7 days of receipt without specifying reasons. Your right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive your watch.

Leather strap:
Watches delivered with a leather strap will only be accepted for return if the strap remains in unused condition. Worn or damaged leather straps are no longer eligible for return.

Steel/gold bracelet:
For watches with steel/gold bracelets, these can only be returned if the bracelet remains in unused condition. Watches with damaged bracelets or bracelets with missing links are no longer eligible for return.

Watches purchased through trade-in can not be returned.

Watches purchased through a special request can not be returned.

Watches ordered from ''outside'' the EU can not be returned.


Your returned purchase must meet the following conditions:

- Watches that have been worn or have suffered damage or defect, will not be accepted for return.

- A second-hand watch has to be returned in the same exact state as which it was sold in.

- Any documentation or attachments that came with the watch must be returned with the package. Such additions may include: boxes, booklets, papers, hangtags or other accessories. If the returned products are incomplete or damaged, 10 over 10 may deduct an amount from the refund or decline your return.

- Watches to which modifications have been made, such as adding or replacing parts will not be accepted for return. This also includes repairs not made by 10 over 10 or discussed in advance.


Refunds will always be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase transaction. Refunds are completed once the returned items have been received and inspected for any damage and defects. 10 over 10 is not liable for packages lost by the mail order company. We therefore recommend returning packages fully insured with track & trace. If we have to pay additional postage for your package we may deduct this cost from the refund.

If all returned items are in their original condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days.

Watches purchased through a special request cannot be refunded.
