The 18K yellow gold case of this Cartier Tank Solo Large 3167 is in excellent condition and is almost like new! The dimensions of the case are 27 mm x 35 mm. The watch features the characteristic silver dial, equipped with Roman numerals and dark blue, sword-shaped hands. And of course, the characteristic blue cabochon on the crown is a must. A beautiful specimen that carries all the qualities of a Cartier Tank, if you ask us!
