Rolex Air-King
The Rolex Air-King originated in the 1940s, during World War II. During that time, Rolex supplied watches to pilots of the British Royal Air Force, who relied on precision and reliability. After the war, Rolex introduced the "Air" series, with models like the Air-Lion, Air-Tiger, and Air-Giant. Ultimately, the Air-King remained as the only model. Since 1945, the Air-King has been a simple and recognizable watch with a clear link to aviation.
