Rolex Submariner 14060 'No-Date' 1997

In 1990 the Submariner reference 14060 was introduced. This model became the updated version of its legendary and our favourite reference 5513 which was introduced in 1962. The perfect combination of vintage and modern. The Submariner 14060 had a number of improvements over the 5513, including an increased depth rating to 300m/1000ft. The plexiglass was replaced with sapphire crystal, the movement also received an upgraded 3000 Rolex calibre. The Submariner 14060 still has the simple design, but retains many of the esthetics and elements that make the earlier no-date Submariners so great.

This Rolex Submariner dates from the year 1997, and features the dial with the ''two-liner'' print. This dial was used until 1999, when Rolex introduced the Submariner 14060M. The Rolex Submariner 14060 is the perfect cross between vintage, modern and perfect for everyday use. The watch is in beautiful condition with its thick case and sharp lugs. The oyster bracelet shows minimal stretch for its age and is in great condition. This Rolex Submariner comes with a 12 warranty from 10 over 10.

Rolex Submariner

The world's first waterproof Oyster case was introduced in 1926 by Hans Wilsdorf. In 1953 the Rolex Submariner appeared on the market. This was one of the first wristwatches in the world especially designed for divers. The Submariner is a true legend within the world of watchmaking. The model has managed to stay in production for many years. This watch had to be very accurate and reliable. With the rotating bezel, the time could be measured under water. Until today the Submariner is the most iconic model of Rolex.
